Shipping within the UAE

We currently ship across all Emirates in the UAE. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Sunday to Thursday).

• Dubai: 1–2 business days after dispatch
• Other Emirates: 2–3 business days after dispatch

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS so you can follow your delivery.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, as long as:

• The product is unused and in its original, sealed packaging
• All accessories, inserts, and gifts are included

For hygiene and safety reasons, used, opened, or damaged items are not eligible for return.

How to request a return

2. Include your order number and a brief reason for the return
3. Our team will respond with the return address and next steps

Unless the item is confirmed faulty or damaged on arrival, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
